Michael comes to the enterprise with an extensive line of experience, having worked as a chef aboard cruise liners for twenty-two years and super yachts for an additional twelve years. He worked around the world, merging his two passions in life, traveling and cookery.
Following seven generations of butchery, Mark continued the family legacy in the field of animal husbandry. Ten years ago he branched out on his own, delving into the retail industry whilst simultaneously importing the finest gastronome items the market has to offer.
In keeping with our strict vision to satisfying every demand, we delve into the business of importing consumer goods. Such goods include but are not limited to, meats like Wagyu Kobe beef, Aberdeen Angus, Charolaise, Argentinean Angus, and corn-fed, free range chicken; food stuffs; like farmed and wild Mediterranean fish and a selection of Scottish seafood, as well as French and Swiss cheeses,pates, terrines and both local and imported vegetables. Different gourmet food and beverages such as classic French and Italian wines, caviar, Fois Gras etc. We also provide all kinds of alcoholic beverages and groceries.
